I have been having interned for two month and two weeks, much have happened and it is still happening and it made an impact on me.Sometime i can't stand with a "SUDDEN" matter or change that came to me.It's so unexpected and sometime it's just making me suffocated.Well, there not utterly all negative, there are still good things~
I went to Genting Diamond Leader workshop and again MidValley Diamond Leadership Workshop, Kuanta Goldmindset Workshop. Though it was the same program, but it was different participants, and the outcome was totally differently.And I learn new things.
Celcom, Ambank, LV, Ericsson, Fontera, Traders hotel, Tan Chong， Hai-O， Ogilvy... Everyone is higer ups or even more upper.Though i know most young teenagers do not have such opportunity to meet all those successful and knowledgeable persons , it is one i will be forever grateful for.I take awareness
of my weaknesses and seek for advices from those participants .They gave me a great help and enlighten me.
Obviously, i knew perfectly i not born in a intelligence person. But i learn to learn,understanding ,change and apply.I used to be a wayward girl or an unsociable person. I used to play safe, coward, lack of confidence, suburban,no assertive, extremely...........but things always happen with some reasons. Up to now, i still sought for someone who can really understand me and he just likely to be my lifelong companion.
BAD and good things happened.Negative
things prompt me to be more positive thinking and trigger me to prove that I am
capable. I take awareness
of my weaknesses and seek for advises from others and most important is applying
it.I started to
realize everything things I did by blindly following instructions are actually
connected and starting to make sense.
Well, i work in office too~i do telemarketing, design facebook quote, edit video, lot of works actually doesn't related to my subject ..hahaha~
hmmm~No every phone call will successful, i encountered clients
with different attitude and some will
problematic. This trains me to handle different situation accordingly.
I also assist in the event.It gave me an opportunity to learn how to manage an event, from
planning to execution and keeping contact and maintaining the
relationship with client after event.
I know how to use Photoshop and premium pro~OMG~
Gradually, i got to know myself better.I able to confront the adversity.
It is a journey to discover myself rather than learning those marketing stuffs , simultaneously, i found and enriched my own connotations.
Sometime, i don't think we have to change to be like others , our personality has created our own uniqueness, and our own uniqueness make us to be outstanding. But the precondition is the personality is not harmful and bad~
