时间过得好快，事情也好多变化..

遇到了不同的人，有了不同的启发..

过去的回不去，也只能往前看，让回忆的变回忆..

看见身边的朋友事业个个有起色，走在自己要走得道路，自问知己做了些什么，有些惭愧又有些迷茫..

我没有资格说我做的好累，因为大家都说，谁不曾走过累过，因为刚毕业就是要挨，要勤劳，我都做了，但是我确实好累，身体麻木，心理好累..

我好多的好想要，却好多的不敢..

我不要的，我违背了。

我要的，我放弃了。

我向往的 好遥远。

我难过的 有谁懂我。

做人好累。

I need an english teacher!

Not to blame anyone , but because I have been growing up with a spoken mandarin family, study at chinese school till my secondary school and all these have made me be good at saying broken english or adept in direct translate from mandarin to english.

However, outside world are realistic. It's look like English is a must and a need. Even you are able to speak and others are able to understand but it always not enough. English sometime..err..not sometime ..english can be a strength in work or a weakness too..haha

I hate to tell the interviewer that :"to be frankly, i dont possess a professional English." But I am really want to learn English, to able to speak fluently, write well.

And now my job is required me to write anything with English only. Write write write...I want to be able to write and speak well...profoundly and badly ....

I have kept finding many way to learn english..listen to my banana  friend conversation, no offence ya, im papaya..no worries..I watch movie, reading news, books, grammar book..etc..but my writing still not go into a right way because no one help to correct it when there is mistake so i will never learn up and improve. So i wondering is there any anonymous who stumble across and just share your mercy to read and correct my english on this blog post.

I will just start to write and write. It's my blog..lol

Port Dickson Trip with Family and Relatives

I didn't manage to snap down all the pictures  at Port Dickson! argh!! too bad!

It had been a long time i didn't spend my time with my family and relatives. It's only happen during Happy New Years or my grandma's big day . All my relatives brought all their companions , children and even 'Kakak' to PD trip. So enviable!

Before the Pd trip, each family was distribute a 'mission' , my mommy was in charged of bringing along the BBQ and steamboat's ingredients for about 50 peoples..wow~~  Inevitably, i need to help my mum to go and buy the ingredients, well , it seem to be a easy task , whereas , you need to count well the portion and make sure everyone is sufficient and satisfy. It need planning instead of do it randomly . Everything happen in our life have their value to learn and absorb~la la la

We used around one and the half hour  to reach the place we stay . It is a bungalow which consist of 8 rooms and able to fit in 'us' ( 50 peoples). The bungalow was just opposite the Hotel Lido and the beach ,we just have to cross over the main road.  The bungalow provided the basic facilities, such as cooking utensil, gas stove , water heater , bbq oven, aircond , astro , fully furnished and extra bed. I will rate 7 out f 10 for this bungalow.

So many babies, so many kids ~ Papa mama was chasing their naughty kids , elderly peoples chit chat-ing ,the house is full of laughter  and FOOD. My aunties cooked variety of food such as nasi lemak , curry chicken , lok bah , veggies and of cause there were steamboat and bbq . Weigh gaining day ! haha

Here the beach , here the beach ! Not bad at all mah ~ Generally pretty clean~ And the weather is super good  though sometime it was drizzling ~

Happiness is always hovering around me, it is out there , it is easy to seize if we get down to feel it.

A life which is only worth RM 200 . What happen to our society?

A life which is only worth RM 200 . 

Three days ago, i saw a news regarding of a youngster who have stolen a phone which only worth for RM 200 and he had been beaten by around 20 peoples until dead faint and ended up to death . 

Today , i watched the video. The thief's body,with hand and feet bounded, was lying on the ground and begging for halt violence treated. But violence doesn't seem to reduce. The 'people' even use the cigarette to scald the thief's hand and used the shoe to hit on his face. More brutally and cruelty that i do not dare to envisage. Whereas, the witnesses inside the video were chillax and calm , like watching a play. Where does the humanity goes? 

I am not feeling sad about the thief but the society. The society is getting cold and detached. There is a lot of ways to tackle with the thief. At least, the court will administer the punishment of criminal by law. Civilian , when have you been empowered to give excruciation. Possess of sense of justice definitely a good thing but abusively apply will turn into bad things.

People who filming the video; people who do nothing and witness it happening , ya, this is nothing to do with them , it is none of their business, they do not have to take the responsibility to protect the thief  moreover he had committed a crime (but WHY they never thought of they should help to stop the violence to protect them become a murder perhaps). He is a bad person and so he deserved it./?  Or are we afraid to make a step out of the comfort zone? We want to give a hand but we are not bold to do so.

And now the full of sense of righteous persons have became a murderers and had taken on a homicide. I believe they are a lot of these kind of cases happen in Malaysia. 

I was a Chinese educated , therefore, i necessary to study the China ancient literature, and this news recalled me about XunZi.

Xunzi  was a Chinese Confucian philosopher who lived during the Warring States period and contributed to one of the Hundred Schools of Thought. Xunzi believed man's inborn tendencies need to be curbed through education and ritual, counter to Mencius's view that man is innately good. He believed that ethical norms had been invented to rectify mankind.

Xunzi :"'If you do not know a man, look at his friends; if you do not know a ruler, look at his attendants.' Environment is the important thing! Environment is the important thing!"

I do agree with XunZi's philosophy. Most of the people are trying to being selfish just to protect them self , we can tell,we hardly change. Whereas, I feel anxious that ' people do bad , must kena hit before they put into jail'  will gradually become a concept , a habit in the society and take it as granted. Monkey see monkey do.

I really hope the society is teeming with love and care instead of violence and blood .

Self-contradictory

Every time I opened my Facebook , i see everyone posted smiling photos , they smile like a sunshine.
I feel like myself was in a chaos , in mindset ,emotion, life.  I can't find a space for myself.
See, every time my blog post is in negative , now again, i don't want it....

I just want to be happy , smile a lot , or when i was unhappy , there is someone who can smell it and make me happy..
I want smile like this-->

I dislike people who easily throw tantrums to others before he/she know the right and wrong . Why did people think throwing tantrums is a way to solve problem? It just make the case worst. But sometime i did it as well, lol~ So , i dislike myself sometime...See, i'm so self- contradictory..

Every time i go to interview, i tell them i am an optimist , i think positively , i like to create a joyful atmosphere and make laughter to be contagious..yeah , i didn't tell lie but all these are toward to others not myself , i think negatively , i make myself can't move out from the past pain..always struggling in no why?

Few days ago, i met someone called  J.Kwan , she is an actress, she is so expressive and strong minded. I am so admire of her confidence. I  want to be like her in long time ago , to be open-minded, bold to act ,express in front of crowded. But seems like something  was impeding me ...I so lack of confidence and often doubt myself , can't affirm myself . WWWWhat is that?

I don't like to write emotional post, i will more keen on write some opinion , judging, analyse posts ! But i think that i still haven reached that certain stage and level . 

I know my weakness well , really ! Am i? LOL~

I really want and will make a change on myself.

University life ended and I sharing with you

Three years of university life ended, but that can also  mean another chapter begin. 

I have been asking myself , this period of time , did i make sense of the world , did i really lives? 

As i look on this period of my life, there are painful , bitterness, happiness memories .  Sometime  instead of miserable life , it teaches us lessons . 

At least i able to cope with the gloomy period and i was 'reborn'. LOL, sound so serious huh ! 

And i have completed my Bachelor of degree Marketing with multimedia!

Happy Graduation to myself !

If i was giving a chance to give advice to those younger generation , I would say :

1) Please do your best to study well if you capable to , apply what you have learned. 

A good result doesn't mean you will have good performance in real life work but without a good result you will being judged and doubt  by  HR people first when you g to interview and definitely easily beat down by others. I was so so so regretful that i never did well in my study ,if not my PTPTN can be exemption and i no need to pay back. I really can get first class but it was all too late! So i hope you don't want to be like me.

2) Be courage and do whatever thing you wanted to but be sure  it is not harmful, for instance , if you like sing or act , go and participate the competition , just give a shot ! Live like your last day !

3) Make  'good' friends !!!!! This is so so so so important !!! It influence you and bring impacts to you! You might say that... NO, i wont easily get influence by others... And i will control myself ! You won't know until your good friends gradually be estranged to you .So be wise to choose what sort of friends to  GANG with. 

4) Other than making good quality of  friends, bring yourself be out of the house and meet various personality of peoples!It's is unnecessary to be extrovert or talkative , the society sometime need more listeners. This is to able to let you handled difference peoples once you step on to the actual work situation.

5) Pursue your dream ! If you are clear with what you love and interested, then don't waste your time for choosing what your parent want ! Choose what you want if not i bet you going to have a stressful and unhappy life. And being succeed aren't easy , it's is so normal if you encounter with some difficult or depressed. 

6)  Don't stay in comfort zone !  Life is too short to play safe! 

7) Give love and concern to your family and friends . The society is gradually being so cool and selfish~ 

8) Seek for self-betterment ! You can read book , bake cake , learn to swim and etc to improving yourself ! 

 

You might and might not agree with all these , but i sharing these sincerely .

I wish everyone have a bright future ahead and really LIVES!

Summer School Program at France Part 1 .

I would like to say it not merely a summer school program , but it definitely was a journey of  self-reflect and  helped me to learn and understanding  the true meaning of  life.( 有酱夸张吗？-my friend responded to me)

This program brought me to Paris,  Belgium and Switzerland.Then, i brought myself to Italy , Barcelona , United Kingdom and Ireland. When i wrote this,i could see a thousand memories flashed through my mind.

At the beginning, i thought i was the only one from my school  attend to this program but in the middle i found there were others . They are kind-hearted and friendly , so we have became good friends and created our stories  together. I am so appreciate them. Here they are !  I always remember what my aunt (fifth) have told and taught me . She said that the most important thing for travelling is find the right companion. And i definitely agreed with that!  I loved being with them because i felt so comfortable. How sincere, earnest and thoughtful they treating to each others. 

When i came back to Malaysia, people always ask me : " shuang mah?" , "hao wan mah?"  or " shuang hor"?
Hmm, seriously, i don't really like this question . I felt it is so ironic and uncomfortable.Well, at least i learned from them,i  won't repeat the same step after them. This is important! Social skill !

I never expect that i could go so far away neither thought of can go euro country at this age.
Here i would like to thank my mother , she is really a great mother.

I have been attended to the so so so 'diversify' class for around one month. The class converged of Australian, Indonesian, Singaporean, Chinese, Hong Kongaise, Vietnamese ,Croatia , Russian , Indian, Korean  American and of course Malaysian.

What are you studying there?
There are three different options to select for the summer school program which is IT, intercultural and European management.I have chosen the European Management and we are compulsory to take French subject( i was a in beginner class).

1) Information technology: The aim of this course is to introduce to the students main technology evolution that have been transforming This the track puts into perspective technology innovations and how organization been affected by these changes. 

2) European Management :The aim of this course is to present the main specific stakes and issues of French and European management. Present an overview of the current and future, emphasizing specific contents and key issues regarding management theories and practice both in France and Europe. 

 3) .Intercultural  :The aim of this curse is to heighten awareness of communication difficulties caused by cultural diversity .Will look at some of the major obstacle to communication in a multicultural situation and propose possible solution.I will say it is more on living and lifestyle , the most i admirable was the course brought them to taste the wine because i love red wine so much and the knowledge of wine is worth to learning it.

French class: From beginner to Advanced level.

I would split  into two categories:
1) Study : Human resource , current platform, risk assessment，language
2） Soft skill : social skill , interpersonal skill , be courage and smile


Is the education method different  with Malaysia style?
How were the western student or mindset compare to Asia 's one?
Yes, it is definitely different teaching way and mindset among westerner and Asian .What i discovered were Asia's students are more conservative and shy.They don't like to answer the question and  usually avoiding the eye contact with the  professor. They are in coward to speak out their mind and afraid to make mistake. But western's student are just opposite. They will answer the question proactively and sometime giving their own opinions as well. Erm... teaching methods was unlike to Malaysia, they always encourage students to speak out of their own mind ; some of them have tattoo, some of them ask the students whether want  to go for  a smoke for relax or adding 'Fcuking" word when lecturing. They hate text book !
