My first Internship Interview.

Everyone has his/her first time in anything.
I am no exception . I had my first interview by Change University Group.
As the name implies,  it is a coaching school which transform you to become a greatest person.
What i think : Change U = 'Transformer'. =D

So What have provoked me to write down my experience was the interview is fu*king interesting and i did learn a lot of things.

Unexpectedly, it was located at residential area and ( imagine if successful been hired) i will work in a house.A beautiful, elegance, western style house. Could not imagine it was a guy is living in this beautiful house, and yet not a completely house but an "office house".When i walked inside, i really like the entire design , the bookshelf with kind of books , the  flower wallpaper , the bronze clock , the vintage table....I swear i will  take all the pictures.

So , what actually happened during my interview? Who interview me? The founder of this company Robert Chan was interviewed me. Yes,there is a formal and traditional question, was happened at the end--> why I should hired you? For this question, just think  of what the company need and what you can contributed to the company? Change U needs publicity so i just answered i might find you publicity . I'm certainly a courageous person, make a challenging  'promise' ~WOow

During that day,  two person have been selected for the interview.I guess who is the other one ? Surprisingly, it was a guy who are studying in the same university and faculty with me. Main emphasis not on the guy, but the game given by Robert Chan. He gave us a pack of bag with some stuffs which are pens, newspaper, straw and some stickers .With all theses stuffs,he asked us create one thing  within a 10 minutes and present for it. What come out in my mind was a barbie doll(lol)...Then he suggested we make a clock, as i was a good follower so i agreed with him. We decided to make a clock. It was just a simple clock. Then come the presentation part? Why we want to make a clock instead of others thing? What is the concept? So we linked it to time management- we must have a good time management skill.Clock/watch is a necessity thing in our daily life.... Robert Chan:" That's all?" We all know about this, why you tell me the thing i have already know?Give me more?". When we thought we're answering the best answer, but actually we are not. Never be arrogant~

So we think more, racked ours brain ,we can paste sticky note on the clock, it own a iPad features ,it is a mirror, it owns high tech glass which can able to count your the food calories, scan your body health condition.....Now he satisfied with our answers. He told us that we should answered like this in the beginning, Think out of the box .(Ps: We never know we can answer like this.)
Peoples always have dream, but when the dream was laugh and look down by others, they retreat and the dream never come true.

“If you doubt you can accomplish something, then you can't accomplish it. You have to have confidence in your ability, and then be tough enough to follow through.”

Robert Chan was impressing me, he owns a wide knowledge and this interview had taught me a lot of things.Even if i was not successful been admitted , it was a good experiences and interesting memories for me.

Some tips for interview:I actually concluded  that most of HR Manager like to hear "multitasking", "detail oriented", "passionate", "good problem solving skill" , "creative", "fast learner", "time management and well organized" ,"good interpersonal skill' and " love challenging" , 'hardworking and responsibility'.If you want talk  about your weakness, you can say you are" perfectionist " or "too friendly".
